The raison d'être of a mixed research unit is its scientific activity. The governance set up at DECOD has as a priority to facilitate the the scientific life. As our unit gathers staffs attached to three institutes and located on four sites, this governance favors exchanges between sites, between institutes and between professions, and makes sure that each one feels represented in the authorities and by the decision modes set up
