Current Research Topics
I am a conservation biologist, and I use population modelling to better understand and propose management actions for a variety of animal populations, from native Galapagos rodents to Malaysian orangutans. My current research focuses on Bayesian modelling of salmon and grayling populations. I am interested to learn how their dynamics are influenced by extrinsic factors, such as river flow and water temperature, and how their dynamics might therefore be affected by future climate changes.
