Current Research Topics
My work focuses on the molecular pathways involved in endocrine disruption in the freshwater gastropod Lymnaea stagnalis (great pond snail).

I analyse gene expression (RNA-seq) and proteomic datasets from individuals exposed to compounds known as endocrine active compounds in vertebrates and, in some cases, in molluscs. Responsive molecular pathways are searched for without a priori knowledge by using differential expression and gene network interaction analysis tools. The aim is to connect different levels of biological integration and to improve environmental risk assessment of chemicals.
