Research
My previous research focused on entomology, biological control and biological invasions.
During my PhD, I studied the invasion of two ambrosia beetles originating from Southeastern Asia to trace their invasion route using genomic markers and identify the suitable areas for both species according to present and future climates.
In the eWHALE project, I will work on developing and using eDNA methods to study the population genetics and ecology of porbeagle sharks.
