Research
The aim of my thesis project is to establish and analyze demogenetic models, and then to infer them using spatio-temporal tracking data on biological invasions.
The approach will be theoretical, involving the mathematical study and development of stochastic processes (EDS, Markov chains, time series, etc.), and numerical, involving the simulation of models with generated and then real data (sensitivity analysis, statistical analyses), all taking into account current knowledge of population dynamics and genetics.
The aim of this project is to gain a better understanding of ecological invasions and their consequences in ecosystems.
