I currently work for the French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea (IFREMER) as a marine ecology technician where I report directly to Verena Trenkel, Head of the DECOD Unit Research. My work involves collecting and analysing field data for the research of ecosystems of interest to fisheries. The data is used to define conditions for the sustainable exploitation of marine living resources and associated ecosystems. I also contribute to the operational coordination of NURSE (NURSErie), an oceanographic campaign that monitors the Bay of Biscay ecology under the supervision of Anik Brind'Amour, Head of Mission and Head of the Fisheries Ecology and Modelling Laboratory.
