With the objective to support decision making for an ecosystem-based management of habitats, fisheries and marine activities, I work to :
- integrate spatial knowledge about fisheries (particularly mixed fisheries),
- develop and combined tools (models, indicators, scenarios...),
- and evaluate spatial management scenarios.
I am particularly interested in :
- spatial dynamics of populations and fleets (fleet behavior) and their interactions,
- mecanistic modeling and methods for the exploration, calibration, and validation of complex models,
-transfer ecosystem knowledge to management throught Integrated Ecosystem Assessment, Management Strategy Evaluation, and participatory approaches.
